2. Reduce your screen time
Screens (television, computer and/or smartphone) contain so-called blue light. That blue light ensures that your brain stays ‘on’ and you feel awake, even when you are actually tired. So, try to turn off your phone two hours before you go to sleep and not look at a screen anymore, so that you can fall asleep more peacefully.
