A study from Shahid Sadoughi University in Yazd, Iran examined the effects of chocolate milk after exercise. It looked at 12 studies in which 150 participants drank chocolate milk after a workout like running or cycling. After this, the lactic acid levels, heart rate, and fatigue of the athletes were measured.
