1. Healthy ingredients
Beer consists of 90% water, soluble fiber, traces of iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, fluoride, and silicon. In addition, beer contains a unique antioxidant profile, most of which comes from malt and hops. By the way, the composition of all these healthy ingredients varies by beer type. But these ingredients are therefore quite good for your health!
2. Lower cholesterol levels.
According to a study done, there is a link between moderate drinking of beer and a slower breakdown of good cholesterol. Say the variety that carries excess bad cholesterol to the liver, where it is then broken down. No one, of course, wants calcified veins through which the blood flows with difficulty. And if you can prevent bad cholesterol by having a nice cold beer now and then, then that’s a good solution, right?
